How it works


Purchase a qualifying product from an authorized X-Rite dealer.

You can view the qualifying products, rewards and purchase periods on the Qualifying Products page.

Purchases must be made between 1st February 2020 and 31st December 2021.


Firstly, Register your personal details to create your account. Then submit your Claim within 90 days from purchasing your qualifying X-Rite iPro3 device.

You will need to provide the below details:

  • Date of purchase
  • Place of purchase
  • Invoice/Receipt Number
  • The serial numbers of your qualifying devices
  • Upload proof of purchase
  • Personal details
  • Bank details

Trade in

Once you are emailed approval to trade in, please make sure to follow the below steps:

  • Package your qualifying trade-in device(s), as per the instructions in the approval email
  • Print out the trade documents you have been emailed- include the trade in form and barcode inside the packaging box and attached the shipping address to the outside of the packaging box
  • Send in your qualifying trade-in device(s) to us by post within 60 days of making your claim

When your trade-in device has been received and tested, you will be notified via email. For further details on how to return your unit please click here.


Your claim will be paid within 14 days of validation to your nominated bank account
