How it works


Purchase a qualifying product from an authorized X-Rite dealer.

You can view the qualifying products, rewards and purchase periods on the Qualifying Products page.


Firstly, Register your personal details to create your account. Then submit your Claim within 90 days from purchasing your qualifying X-Rite device.

You will need to provide the below details:

  • Date of purchase
  • Place of purchase
  • Invoice/Receipt Number
  • The serial numbers of your qualifying devices
  • Upload proof of purchase
  • Personal details
  • Bank details

Trade in

Once you receive approval to trade in:

  • Package and return your qualifying trade-in device(s), as per the instructions received in the approval email.
  • Ship your trade in device to our recycler within 60 days of completing your online claim.
  • When your trade-in device has been received and tested (typically 2-3 weeks), you will be notified via email.

Your claim will be paid within 14 days of validation to your nominated bank account

Track the progress of your claim by entering your Claim ID and Email Address
