How it works
Purchase a qualifying product from an authorized X-Rite dealer.
You can view the qualifying products, rewards and purchase periods on the Qualifying Products page.
Purchases must be made between 20th February and 31st December 2019.
You will need to provide the below details:
- Date of purchase
- Place of purchase
- Invoice/Receipt Number
- The serial numbers of your qualifying devices
- Upload proof of purchase
- Personal details
- Bank details

Once you receive approval to trade in:
- Package and return your qualifying trade-in device(s), as per the instructions received in the approval email.
- Your qualifying trade-in must be received within 30 days from your claim being approved.
- When your trade-in device has been received and tested, you will be notified via email.

Your claim will be paid within 14 days of validation to your nominated bank account
